READ THIS BEFORE REGISTERING:

  • All Artist booths at the Calgary & Edmonton Shows are by INVITE only.
    We have an extensive list of amazing tattoo artists who attend our shows annually.
  • Want to be considered to the invite list? ...please send pictures of your tattoo work, vendor product or weblinks to steve@albertatattoos.com
  • All vendors must have some relevance to the tattoo scene. Retail Exhibitors can fill out the below to register also - use the option for VENDOR booths.
  • Payment must accompany the application in order to be considered.
  • All studios and vendors who have Exhibited an Alberta Bound Tattoo & Arts Festival Show previously are automatically approved.

ALL ARTIST BOOTHS ARE FULLY SUPPLIED WITH:

  • Draped table at front of booth for display items
  • Plastic covered table in back to work off of
  • Garbage cans and bags
  • Folding chairs
  • Power and power bars
  • Eikon device convention pack(all basic supplies needed to tattoo)
  • Nitrile gloves
  • Disposable wash bottle with sterile water
  • Sterile water for rinse cups
  • Rinse cups
  • Paper towel
  • Surface disinfectant
  • Release forms and aftercare sheets
  • Purklenz skin cleanser
  • Banner hooks
  • Disposable aprons
  • Use of ink station with eternal, silverback and dermaglo inks
  • 2 passes per artist for the weekend

International Artists must pay an Immigration Fee (on application) to be registered for work in Canada at the Show. We will assist with this process upon registration.

NOTE: Artists will be listed on the website in order of registration. The closer the show dates become, the longer it will take for you to appear on the website. If you do not attach a picture for your artist, show management will choose on from your social media. However, if you do not send a picture we can not guarantee placement. Management will not have time to change pictures on the website.

Artists are permitted to carry shop/artist related merchandise only (ie: prints/t-shirts), any other merchandise/sales must be done separately by booking a Retail Booth.

You will receive a confirmation within 24hrs of applying, if you do not, you need to resend your application, or contact us direct at: terra@canwestproductions.com
